Cumberland Township will hold a special meeting on Thursday April 8, 2021 at 12:00 pm. at the Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Road, Carmichaels, PA 15320.
This meeting is to approve the Resolution and the agreement between Cumberland Township and Greensboro Borough regarding police service .
The meeting will be closed to the public due to COVID -19.

CUMBERLAND TOWNSHIP CLEAN UP DAYS FOR CUMBERLAND TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
Cumberland Township will be holding their clean up days for Cumberland Township residents only on Saturday April 24th and Sunday April 25th, 2021 from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm.

Notice is hereby given that the Supervisors of Cumberland Township,
Greene County, Pennsylvania, at a work session to he held on October 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Township,100 Municipal Road, Carmichaels, PA 15320, will be discussing and preparing a proposed budget for the year beginning January 1, 2021 for adoption as a proposed budget at the Township’s next regularly scheduled meeting.
Effective 5/18/20, Cumberland Township offices are open to the public, by appointment ONLY.

Cumberland Township meetings are changed to the first Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. unless there is a holiday then it will be on the following Monday. This will be indefinitely due to the fact the Cumberland Township Board of Supervisors will be working 4 ten hour shifts.
Due to COVID 19 all meetings are closed to the public.

Cumberland Township is located in eastern Greene County, Pennsylvania and had a population of 6,623 according to the 2010 census. The township includes Crucible, Fairdale and Nemacolin. Other unincorporated communities in the township include Stringtown, Cumberland Village, Neil Corner, Baileys Crossroads, Khedive, Ceylon, Little Chicago, Paisley, and Live Easy.
The township maintains local roads and administration of public assistance.
